Exchange and Return Policy - Online Payment
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a return policy.
If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will only exchange the size for you that will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 7-9 working days, once we have received the returned package.
Please note that the items that needs to be exchanged should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags).
Return Pick Up Service For Items That Needs to be Exchanged:
We have a courier service that will process the return, however this will be on chargeable basis.
Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will send you an email stating all the details and charges of the return For pre-paid and Cash on Delivery orders the chargeable amount has to be paid online.
Steps To Initiate an Exchange:
To return a product, send us an email within 2 business days of receiving the package on hello@theblessedwardrobe.com. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a return / exchange.
Customized Products:
Items made on custom measurements are not eligible for exchange/refund.
Sale:
Items marked with sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange or refund.
What if i Receive a Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product?:
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at hello@theblessedwardrobe.com and we will take care of the rest.
